On 03/23/2024 at 1859 hours Alaska State Troopers contacted Jamie Mitchell, age 39 and Josif Yakunin, age 39 of Nikolaevsk at a residence on Erin Way in Anchor Point. Both had arrest warrants. Mitchell was arrested and held without bail for Failure to Appear on charges of DWLR and VCOR. Yakunin was arrested on a $50 warrant for Failure to Appear on initial charge of DWLR. Both were arrested and remanded to the Homer Jail with incident.

On 03/23/2024 at 1650 hours Alaska State Troopers contacted Caprice McAllistar, age 22 from Anchor Point at a residence on Valley Side Avenue in Anchor Point. Caprice was arrested for 3 different arrest warrants for various felony and misdemeanor offenses and her bail totaled $450. Caprice was remanded to the Homer Jail for her warrants.

On March 23, 2024 at approximately 1339 hours, MatCom received multiple 911 calls reporting a domestic disturbance involving a firearm at a residence off Church Road. AST responded, and contacted all involved parties. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Robert Friesen, age 72 of Wasilla for placing two household members in fear of imminent serious physical injuries by means of a dangerous instrument. Robert was transported to Mat-Su Pretrial, where he was remanded on two counts of DV Assault III. His bail was set to no bail.

On 03/23/2024, Alaska State Troopers encountered a vehicle traveling the wrong way on the Richardson Hwy. The investigation resulted in the arrest of William Parmentier, 38, for DUI, Misconduct Involving Weapons 4, and Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test. He was remanded to Fairbanks Correctional Center.

On 03/22/2024 at approximately 2202 hours AST from Nenana responded to a roll over vehicle collision at mile 185 Parks Hwy. Investigation showed the driver, Jackson Hudson age 26 of North Pole, was driving while under the influence of alcohol. Jackson was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

On March 23, 2024 at approximately 0200 hours, AST received a call reporting a disturbance and trespass in Tok. When AST arrived, Erickson Sanford initiated a physical confrontation with Troopers and was subdued and arrested for Assault. Further investigation revealed Erickson previously assaulted multiple household members. Erickson was transported to the AST post where he exhibited signs of a drug overdose. Narcan was administered by AST, and he was eventually transported to Fairbanks Hospital by LifeMed from Tok. Erickson reached a stable condition and was transported to FCC and remanded on three counts of Assault in the Third Degree, due to his prior convictions of Assault 4 in the last 10 years. Erickson was further charged with Violating Conditions of Release. He remains at FCC awaiting arraignment.

On 03/23/2024 at approximately 1428 hours, Alaska State Troopers received a report of a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of the Alaska Hwy. and Center St. in Tok. Investigation revealed Shainelle Adams, age 19 of Tok, was driving a gray 2014 Honda CRV bearing AK plate KHT941, when she approached the intersection of the Alaska Hwy. from the Tok Cutoff Hwy. Adams advised she stopped prior to entering the intersection. A white SUV having the right of way traveling northbound on the Alaska Hwy. collided with Adams CRV and both vehicles came to a stop on the northbound side of Center St. The occupants of the white SUV were suspected to have minor injuries and no EMS transports were requested. Adams was issued multiple citations to include a summons to appear in court for operating a motor vehicle without a valid license.

On 3/20/2024 at approximately 2057 hours, Troopers received a report of a juvenile in the North Pole negligently discharging a weapon in a residence. After further investigation, charges are being forwarded to the Department of Juvenile Justice for Misconduct involving weapons in the 5th degree for the juvenile.

On 03-23-24, at 1344 hours, Troopers assigned to the Highway Interdiction Team contacted Peter J Rowe, age 63, of Wasilla as the operator of a vehicle. Peter was determined to be operating the vehicle with a revoked drivers license stemming from a DUI conviction with a revocation date ending in 2066. Peter was also on conditions of release stemming a arrest which required him to obey all laws and not drive. Peter was arrested for DWLR and VCOR and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial where he was held on $1000 bail.

On 03-23-24, at 1545 hours, Troopers assigned to the Highway Interdiction Team and Palmer Patrol located Jessica Hartman, age 39, of Wasilla. Jessica was found to have an active warrant for failing to appear to court for a DWLR arrest. Jessica was arrested and remanded to Mat-Su Pretrial where she was held on $250 bail.
